Subscriptions
Seller Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not prorated.
Marketplace orders
Buyers and sellers agree on pickup or delivery directly. If materials are materially different from the listing or the seller cancels, contact us within 7 days at support@reclaim.example and we will help mediate a refund through Stripe.
Featured listing boosts
Featured placements are non-refundable once the boost has started.
Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
