What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email, business info), listings and messages you post, and technical data like IP address, device, and pages visited. When you buy or sell, our payment processor (Stripe) collects payment details on our behalf.
How we use it
To operate the marketplace: creating accounts, showing listings and hubs, sending messages between buyers and sellers, processing payments, preventing fraud, and communicating important updates.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run ReClaim (hosting, database/auth, email, payments). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
Your controls
You can update or delete your account and listings from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, contact us at privacy@reclaim.example.

Data retention
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required by law for tax and dispute records.

ReClaim is not intended for anyone under 18.
